New condition, sharp paring knife, balanced, full tang, soft handle, dishwasher safe. Same steel as the high priced German knives. No original packaging. The blades are made of molybdenum Vanadium X50CrMoV15 steel. The Rockwell hardness of the blades is HRC 55.  This material and Rockwell hardness is ideal for durable, strong blades that will last for a lifetime.   The blade is also soft enough to be easily sharpened.  The blades can be sharpened to maximum sharpness with an extremely fine edge.   These knives are full tang from the tip of the blade to the end of the holster. The blades are made by taper grinding and stone finishing, ensuring a perfectly smooth and indestructible surface.   The handles around the full tang steel are made of ABS plastic which is the highest grade of plastic and ensures maximum durability. The ABS handles are coated in TPR which is a relatively new coating that is both soft to the touch and virtually indestructible. The TPR coating can withstand both hot and cold extreme temperatures.  It also reduces slippage, even when wet.   These knives are ergonomically designed for comfort as well as maximum strength with minimal effort. The double bolsters are designed to be perfectly balanced, easy to use, easy to control as well as reduce hand and arm fatigue.
