 This is a brand new Norseman/CTD rebar cutter drill bit/ bit saver. Part No. 45251. If you drill many holes in concrete you know how frustrating it can be in the rare event you hit concrete. Often times you must drill a new hole but then you are left with your original hole unused. When you hit rebar switch to this bit to cut right through the rebar and then resume drilling with the hammer drill bit. Note: do not hammer with the rebar cutter bit. Three flats on the shank to prevent chuck slippage. Norseman makes the best drill bits you can buy. Made in the USA. I am a Norseman dealer.
