There will be an additional charge of $5.00 for all shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOX ADDRESSES; YOU MUST SUPPLY A PHYSICAL ADDRESS. Shipments to Iowa will be charged 6% sales tax. Foreign Shipping: WE USE THE GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM, THIS MAY CAUSE YOU TO PAY HIGHER SHIPPING OF IMPORT FEES.
