This sale is for one excellent New Old Stock German made Machinists, Watchmakers, Blacksmiths and Clockmakers Hand Vise. The hand vise may have some scuff / scratch or rub marks from many decades of warehouse storage, came in a bin , the vises on top had less rubbing than the ones on the bottom, what is available are the last we have been able to get. Please refer to photographs for more detail on condition. Top of the line Vise is vintage but brand new and made in Germany. Features 2" wide sharply serrated (for gripping power on small hard to hold items) jaws for gripping as well as a large spring loaded thumb screw for tightening the jaws. A must have for all bench grinder work as it keeps your hands away from the wheels while working on small pieces but still holds very securely... much better than a pair of vise grips. Great for tiny work pieces but will open to over an inch in thickness if needed. Made with typical German quality and is Much better than any others i have ever seen. Very useful daily users! Some still come wrapped in original wax paper! You will wonder how you got by without these. We had hundreds and are down to the last ones.
