NovaSwiss offers high pressure Compressors for pure gas dosing and quality Needle Valves for application from 700 bar up to 7000 bar (10 to 100 kpsi) with high safety and reliable function. the Compressor MK-V09 (and the high pressure valves, pneumatic valves and tubes) provided by NovaSwiss will suit for applications of Nitrogen Gas Injection, extrusion with Physical Foaming and Hot Isostatic Pressing. The heart of these is the NovaSwiss Diaphragm Compressor for pure gas dosing at extreme accuracy with the frequency converter controlled servo motor. It is part of the Hot Isostatic Pressing HIP and Cold Isostatic Pressing CIP allowing new production processes for sintering powder metallurgy and for food sterilization with High Pressure Preservation HPP method.
