NOVAtime NT6500FP touch screen Fingerprint Time Clock Terminal Product Description The NOVAtime NT6500FPush Biometric Fingerprint Clock Terminal is THE most advanced biometric web time clock available. With it's interactive touch-screen and reliable biometric fingerprint reader, the NT6500FP Biometric Fingerprint unit is the best in the Time and Attendance industry. The NT6500FP utilizes a complex algorithmic calculation to convert fingerprint reads to a binary code. The clock terminal does not save the fingerprint, but rather saves a mathematical representation in binary format to utilize as a validation template when employees transact at the clock terminal. Unlike lower cost biometric readers that slow down in reliability and performance as employee capacities grow, the NT6500FP utilizes an "identify-verify" process (as opposed to "identify" only) which offers greater accuracy and overall better performance. All the features found in the standard NT6500 are available in the NT6500FP Biometric unit, where the interactive touch-screen display allows employees to query their schedule information and even review their detailed time card right at the time clock. Employees are able to make requests for time off and can even receive private messages from system administrators at the time of transaction. Built-in to the NT6500FP Biometric Fingerprint Clock Terminal is a Proximity Basic Card Reader for companies who wish to have employees badge in their identification number rather than PIN enter.
