This auction is for a NTYS19 Nortel IP Phone 1220 Telephone Black NTYS19BB70E6 The auction is for the phone only with handset. They may or may not have handset cords. The auction includes Nortel IP Phone 1220 Each phone has been tested for powering up. When no network cable is connected the display reads "Cable is unplugged". When I connect a network cable it tries to connect to a server but say server is unreachable. None of the buttons respond. No power supplies are included. They have scratches and scrapes from from being transported without packing material. None of the screens are cracked. They will be bubble wrapped before shipping eBay requires sellers to choose one of their CONDITION categories, but since they do not offer a category that applies to an item that is used but not fully tested (and some buyers do not read the descriptions), we are forced to put this in the "For Parts or not Working" category. Bidders should be in the business of repairing or refurbishing this item. Although I may attempt the test the item and describe the results of the test the Item is still sold as is. Bidders should be familiar with this item. Bidders should be capable of repairing any problems the item may have or need the parts. The phones may have labels on them and need cleaning. They may be missing the overlay for the buttons or button covers. This lot has not been tested and may not be suitable for end users.
