You are bidding on UB-3 Nu-vu Oven This unit is in good working condition the are a few slight dings and bumps. The top panel is tight and hard to remove and put back on. But other than that it is in great shape. Welded stainless steel construction Solid state controls Indicator light for thermostat Mechanical magnetic door latches Door activated micro switch for fan Casters Tempered glass doors Separate heat and humidity controls for proofer Two speed fan Timers for oven and proofer This is the 1st of many items that are going for sale. I have many other items I am selling to include large Hobart mixers, display racks, stainless steel tables, ice cream machine, ovens, pots and pans.... the list goes on and on.
