This is a top of the line NuVu oven/proofer. Perfect for any deli, sub shop or restaurant. Bake or cook anything in it, perfect for proofing and baking bread or pastries. Cost over $12,000 new. The oven is in great condition only lightly used for baking and proofing bread in our breakfast and lunch cafe. The timer ticks and turns but doesn't buzz when complete. Replacements are around $65 so the oven price reflects this. The timer issue doesn't effect the oven performance or operation. We actually never used the timer, we used to use a timer on our cell phones.
