Very little cosmetic wear and tear over the years. Like new!...  Only the left group was used while the other two groups virtually untouched.   The shop I had it in made around 10-15 espressos based drinks a day.  Just so you know- You will need to calibrate the machine for your place. Water Requirements • 3/8” dedicated cold water line with shut-off valve and compression fitting. • Water hardness cannot exceed 3gpg or 50 ppm. If water hardness exceeds 3gpg a water softener must be installed. • Minimum incoming water flow rate of 35 GPH and Power Requirements • Volts: 220 (voltage range of 208-240) • Watts: 5000 • Amp draw: 23 • Receptacle: Nema L6-30 Twist Counter space Requirements • Height: 21 inches • Depth: 22 inches • Width: 41 inches • Weight: 235 poundsr Space Requirements Drain Requirements • Open gravity drain of minimum 1.25 inch I.D., within 4 feet of the machine. The machine does drip slightly underneath and to replace the part that drips should run around a 150 dollars.  The drip is was very minor and was never worth replacing at the time....a sponge under the machine did the trick for us.
