Nuova Simonelli - Mythos Clima Pro - Espresso Grinder. This grinder is incredible! If you’re looking at this listing then it should require no further introduction. The number of specialty coffee shops that use this grinder exclusively speaks for its self. Titanium burrs (double lifespan vs metal), cooling technology to prevent inconsistencies, barista lights, and lightning fast grind speed. I am a coffee equipment technician (Calioh Coffee in Ventura, CA, and a member of the Specialty Coffee Association Coffee Technicians Guild. I’ve see and worked on a lot of espresso grinders. None have really been as great as the Mythos Clima Pro. I’m providing this info just so you can feel comfortable knowing that a professional had made sure this grinder works — well. I’ve given this grinder a good tune up and cleaning, and checked the burrs out. They still have a lot of life in them. I came across a handful of these grinders at a cafe that I service who was upgrading to all Mazzer Kold grinders, hence the reason for selling. There is just one little scuff on the back of the grinder. Aside from that it looks and runs like new. Less than 40 hours of run time. If your looking at a Mazzer grinder, Mahlkonig grinder, or any other comparable professional espresso grinder, I would highly consider this one as a top contender.
