Local Item Pickup / Delivery: Items may be picked up in our downtown Washington, PA store (Buy & Sell Outlet) which is open Monday-Saturday from 10AM to 5:30PM. In many case of international shipping delays, the merchandise is in customs waiting to be claimed. If the item is reconditioned or refurbished then the auction description will clearly state this. 2. Does it work? The item is operational unless stated otherwise. 3. Is it still under the manufacturer warranty? If an item is listed as new, it may or may not be under manufacturer warranty. If it is a manufacturer that honors warranties without a retail receipt, then it may be in warranty. We do not have a list of those that do.
