Hello!  You are looking at a used site level.  I have personal tested this level and found it to be accurate to nearly 1/8" over the distance of 50' in it's current state.  You can tell the from the photos that the tool has a seen a fair bit of use and is showing signs of wear.  The wear does not seem to have effected the use/reliability of this tool but, as I stated in the condition of the tool, it would likely benefit from a basic cleaning and recalibration.  Instruments of this nature are suggested to be cleaned and recalibrated each year.  All and all the tool is functional as is.  I hope this tool can find a proper place in your inventory, Happy Bidding!
“Used instrument, some areas of paint chipping, general industrial wear. The black paint on the base is almost completely non existent at this point. Also the case has obvious signs of wear and tear, the instrument is dusty and could use a cleaning and would likely benefit from recalibration. Instruments of this nature are generally suggested to be recalibrated each year.”
