Nyle L-200M Dry Kiln-Sawmill-Pallet is a high-performance dry kiln system designed to dry up to 4000 board feet of 4/4 green oak in 4-5 weeks. The kiln can also dry up to 2500 board feet of green softwood in 1-2 weeks. It is a compact system that includes auxiliary heating, two circulating fans, a prewired electrical panel, over-temperature vents, and an operating manual. The operating temperature range is between 70 degrees F and 120 degrees F during the drying process. The control system is designed to provide precise control over the drying cycle. It includes a compressor timer and a wet bulb thermometer for humidity control, which is the most accurate method known. The kiln also displays both set point and actual kiln temperature and provides four digital readouts of wood moisture content, allowing for more precise drying cycle control. The Nyle Dry Kiln is housed in an insulated container measuring 45' x 9' with no track on the floor. It is in good condition and was manufactured in 2015 by Nyle. The kiln operates on 220V, 60Hz, 1Ph voltage and is located in North Carolina.
