This is a lot of 2 pcs of NOS OC74 made by AMPEREX Holland, and 2pcs of AC128/01 made by Bell  germanium transistors, ideal for vintage experiments as well as construction of guitar fuzz distortion devices. I will ship transistors that are working (quick good/bad test) but not measured or matched. I extracted samples from the lots I have and the OC74  measured around a DC beta of 50 and the AC128/01 around 100. Leakage is around 300 uA. I used a home made tester based on R.G.Keen's circuit. These measurement are for reference only and it is not a guarantee that the transistors you will receive have these exact characteristics. Buyer pays by Paypal within 3 days of end of auction.
