This machine has never been sold to a client nor has it ever been installed at a clients office. This machine comes with (1) set of brand new print heads and toner for the buyer. This machine runs like-brand new. When the buyer is ready for pickup, we will test the machine for the buyer and display the like-brand new condition this model is in.
