Odd Vintage Pat. May 23rd 1916  No. 3 Drip Oiler Antique Stationary Old Associated Hit & Miss/Steam Engine Antique Oil Grease Cup Greaser Lubricator  This unusual old original cone-shaped "PAT. MAY 23, '16,  NO. 3" Drip Oiler/Lubricator was nicely-made of thick glass, is strongly embossed with some nice straw lines and measures about 1-7/8 inches O.D. (at the top)  by 5-7/16 inches tall with an approx. 5/8 inch O.D. base. No, this is not a milking machine part as some have suggested because I have another one exactly like it like it with the same patent date and plus it also embossed: "United  Engine Co., Lansing Mi."which was an old Stationary Engine actually made by Associated. It came from estate of hit & miss/steam engine/Ford Model A T era parts collector. Very good used with minor wear/marks/1 larger chip & some tiny chips on the base/etc. Please see photos for condition details. Keep checking back in the coming weeks as I will be listing more Hit & Miss/Steam engine & Ford Model A T era items and miscellaneous antique parts. Please check out our eBay Store for more antiques, auto parts, collectibles and original art. There is no return policy on vintage used parts and antique-vintage electrical items.
