OEM Sharp MX-36NT Cyan / Magenta / Yellow /Black - Full Toner Set Brand New Photos are the most important part of my description. Please examine each picture carefully and ask any questions you may have BEFORE bidding or making an offer. Although I will do my best to get your item to the Post Office as quickly as possible, please understand. My regular shipping day is Saturday. If it is a smaller item, I can usually ship within a day or 2. Most of the items I sell are pre-owned and have been purchased from estate cleanouts. I have no way to know if these items come from pet or smoke free homes, and therefore, I will not accept returns based on this complaint. Please take this into consideration BEFORE bidding or making an offer. My feedback is extremely important to me, and for that reason, if you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, I do offer a 15 day, no questions asked, return pokicy. However, unless damaged in transit, or a mistake was made on my listing, I cannot be expected to reimburse the return shipping. The only exception I have with returns is the following... To avoid buyer's remorse... I do charge a 10% or $20 restocking fee, whichever is lower, on BRAND NEW items. My definition of "Brand New" is unused items in their original packaging (not necessarily factory sealed). This stipulation DOES NOT include "New with Details" or "New Other" listings.
