I don’t warranty anything.  I don’t guaranty anything.  I tell you what it is and how it is to the best of my ability.  From there you have to ask questions.  My word is my bond and I stand behind it.  If you don’t ask questions, don’t complain.  Find what you want somewhere else. This is not a full time business with me so I don’t check or monitor E-Bay every day.  If you buy, I ship within 3 business days after your money clears my bank.   First understand we are not here to take advantage of anyone nor do we want to be taken advantage of and we like to make a profit just like you.  The price you pay is entirely up to you.  You control the bid.  If the price of the item is too high, you simply quit bidding or don’t start bidding.  The starting price is set for one reason.  We can afford to sell it for that and nothing less because of the cost we have in it: Cost of Item, plus selling expenses ($0.25 insertion fee per line item charged by E-Bay, a 9% selling fee charge by E-Bay, a 3% total transaction fee charged by PayPal and that does not include other fees by E-Bay if you want to add more photos or enhancements or etc. (if you sell on E-Bay you know what we are talking about, if you don’t sell on E-Bay; I encourage you to try it), plus freight expenses.  Now we come to the Shipping and Handling.  The shipping and handling is in addition to the cost of the item.  We are already selling the item for less than market price or you would not be here reading this and looking for a bargain.  The shipping and handling includes the cost of the freight (which we have no control of) but you know it is what the market will bear, plus fuel surcharges, confirmations, certified, insurance, NDA & 2day, and registered cost and anything else that the carrier can get for the services you want.  Now we got the cost of material in boxing and taking to the carrier’s drop off point or the fee for them to come to us to pick it up (normally $10.00 + for UPS).  The handling fees are for boxes, packing material (boxes range from $1.29 up, bubble wrap is $.16 per foot, tape is $3.50 per roll, etc) and yes labor (nothing is free today) (time and transportation to get it to the carrier).  Oh and don’t forget E-Bay charges 9% fees for cost of shipping and handling also (just started that last year) that someone has to pay. Before you criticize a seller for charging extra above the actual flat fee for shipping, look what expenses are incurred and by whom.  What is the difference in paying $0.99 for a spark plug and $1.38 shipping and $1.32 handling or paying $3.68 and free freight (what is free?)?  You are still paying the same.  After the seller pays for the item, all charges from E-Bay and PayPal and Shipping and Handling cost we get a little from the sell of the plug and a little from the handling but look who get the most.  Before you get the urge to poor mouth and bad mouth the Seller for the cost of shipping and handling try it for a while and see what they go through. You THE BUYER can control it all.  You see the price of the item and you see the cost of the shipping and handling.  If that is too much for you to bear, just don’t bid.  Then the whole system bears the burden of high cost not just the seller and the seller don’t get the blame for every body else fingering in the pot which he has no control of.  With the total cost of the spark plug (item, shipping, & handling) itemized out, you can see who is getting what part of the total and then write your commits.  Seller: cost of plug $0.50.  E-Bay: insertion fee $0.25, selling fee for the item $0.09, selling fee for freight $0.25.  PayPal: Transaction fee $0.11.  Carrier: Freight $1.38.  Handling: (box, packaging, transportation to the carrier): $1.32.  Total profit to seller: $0.-22.  If he don’t charge shipping and handling some way, he don’t stay in business long.  Small Sellers have to be thrifty to just break even.     **BUSINESS POLICIES TO COVER YOUR BACK SIDE**   Thank You for looking:  We are committed to provide excellent customer service and offer products at an affordable price.  We strive to sell our merchandise for a profit and all reasonable offers will be considered.  All items are sold according to their auction description listed. The shipper we utilize is of our choice unless arranged in advance of bid or purchase. We use only UPS and USPS. Most orders will ship United States Parcel Service in the Continental USA (48 States) only unless arrangements are made before bidding and purchased.  Our policy is to ship items as soon as possible after confirmed receipt of payment (mostly within 2-3 days). We do no combine shipments as a policy as some items are prepackaged and it is not always shipped from one location. If more than one shipment going to the same address arrives in shipping at the same time, the shippers will ship both orders in one box and shipping discounts will be considered.  We cannot hold orders to combine shipping.  Shipping does not include insurance. Once an order is placed into the hands of the shipper, we can no longer be responsible for the item or any shipping damage.  I recommend insurance on all fragile items and big ticket items. If you need extra services with your shipping let us know, all extra shipping expenses are to be paid by the buyer.  Any item damaged will result in a damaged claim through shipping company. The shipping company inspects all items. They will pick up the item along with all packing materials. The claim process can take 3-4 weeks. Credit will be issued once claim process is completed. Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable.  We ship within 72 hours of confirmation of payment and/or monies are cleared. We offer Customer Pickup also.
