Oerlikon Metco 4R Electric Arc Wire Feed Thermal Spray Welder Plasma Arc Tafa Up for sale we have an Oerlikon Metco Electric Arc Wire Spray Welder in working condition. This system offers excellent portability for on-site coatings. It covers applications for welded tube seams, piston rings, capacitors, varistors, boiler walls, and large infrastructures. It uses only electricity and atomized air to melt metallic alloy and pure metal wires. This systems comes with the 4RP power supply which is currently wired to operate on 460V, 3 Phase AC power, but it can be converted to 230V, 3 Phase. It includes the 4RC arc control unit and the 4RG spray gun. It also comes with two almost full reels of welding wire. The power cable measures 50 feet long and the gun cable measures 48 feet long. The power supply is rated at 200 amps output. This system also uses compressed air to operate. We have the manual on a PDF format which we can email to the buyer. Great deal on Ebay... $ave now!
