The paint on the item is chipping off but this does not effect the functionality of the item. The numbers on the scale are all visible. The scale mechanism is in good condition and is not bent or cracked. Please refer to the photos below for more details on the item. This item looks to be functional and in working order. We were able to put items on balance and the item seemed to function properly. We were able get the item to balance.
