Using Roberval principle, no matter where the weight is placed on the curved stainless steel pans, the Harvard Trip Balance is not compromised. In excellent condition. These models are very RARE and hard to find in this condition. Used shortly for loading competition match ammunition for a while. Then carefully packed and stored for many years. Recently calibrated and ready for use. This scale will be well packed and insured (at your cost) if you like. This model is equipped with a solid metal base rather than the newer plastic ones that have replaced it. The photos are representations and may vary slightly from original unit. Pictures 4&5 are very closely matched. There is no longer a plastic cover as it began to tear and crack at the seams. It since was covered with a pillow case to protect it recently but it could use a dusting off. Also the small green piece of felt that is normally attached to the trickler tray is no longer there either. A new one can easily be glued back on. Although this scale is considered used it works like new but I must call it used as per EBay rules. Sorry no refunds or returns.
