The Oki O911 High Yield Yellow Toner is a genuine product suitable for C911, C931, and C941 printers. In the event that you order the wrong product, we may accept returns on the unopened product and issue a credit for the sale price, excluding the shipping charge. However, we will deduct a restocking fee of 10-15% depending on the product. If you order a replacement product of similar or greater value, we will charge the restocking fee for the cost of shipping the replacement product. To qualify for credit, the product must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt, and we must receive a Return Authorisation via email. You must also include a copy of the RA email with the returned product, and the product and its packaging must be in "as new" condition. We will not issue credits for products that are not generally stocked by The Cartridge Warehouse, and the returned product must be shipped via registered post. When you shop with us, you can take advantage of our standard shipping rate of $7.50. In the rare case that you receive a faulty product, we will happily provide a replacement or a refund for the purchase price within 90 days of the purchase. However, to qualify for this service, the product must not have been refilled or tampered with, and we must inspect or test it before issuing a refund or replacement. You must also send us an email requesting a Return Authorisation before returning the product and include a sample of faulty print with the returned product. The faulty cartridge must be sent via registered post, and we will not send a replacement until we receive the faulty product. You will be responsible for the shipping charges back to us, but we will pay the charges for the replacement product.
