This is a rather hard to find original Bosch ZU4 four cylinder, base mount, brass bodied magneto for an early car, truck, or prairie tractor.  These had several applications in the early industrial world.  It is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind except for a very small chip on the points cover.  It is clockwise rotation and turns nice and smoothly with excellent magnetic pull.   The points and everything inside are in great shape.   It puts out a hot, fat, blue spark this will surely run your engine if it is set up properly.  It seems to have a good impulse coupling on it.   It mounts on a 2 inch square mounting pattern and the mounting threads are in great shape.  These original Bosch ZU4 magnetos with the brass bodies are quite tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets and they usually require several hundred dollars worth of repair work.  This one only requires some minor attention and it should be ready to go.  Let the pictures be your guide.  You'll like it.  I can always be reached at 262 573 1931 if you'd like to talk about it.  Good Luck.
