This is a very hard to find original cast iron starting crank for a Hart Parr tractor.  I believe they were the same on the 12-24 and 18-36 models.  It might even be the same on the 28-50.  Please do your homework to make sure it works for your application.  It is part number 9249 and is fresh from an old farm shop on a farm where several Hart Parr tractors worked for a living back in the day.   It's in good condition but someone has built up the two notches that grab the flywheel built up with weld.  I'm sure with a little patience and a die grinder these could be dressed up to new condition.  The bolt for the handle is bent but could easily be straightened or replaced.  This crank could be made perfect in very short order and ready to start a tractor again!   It isn't perfect but it is an original and originals are almost impossible to find in the wild or even at swap meets so if you've been looking for one here's your chance.  The pictures tell the story.  You'll like it.  Good Luck.
