Each unit is actually 2 separate ovens in one with dual controllers and dual rotisseries and gives it the capability to cook off up to 56 full size chickens (3 1/2 to 4 lbs), in under an hour all while looking great! They have several advanced features including; Digital Programmable Controllers, a Remote Foot Switch that stops the rotisserie when loading or unloading product, a Visual Cooking Flame with Lava Rocks that enhances the cooking experience, and economical Gas Fired Cooking Panels for cost saving. We will clean and thoroughly test each oven until they shine and are ready for a new owner. They are on casters and are easily rolled around for ease of cleanup.
