This is a very hard to find original fuel mixer or carburetor for a Root and Vandervoort gas engine.  It is in excellent used condition as can be seen.  There are no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind.  It has a new fuel needle and everything works as it should.  This mixer mounts to the engine on a 2 1/4 inch bolt pattern and has a 1/2 inch hole for the intake with a 1 inch pipe for the air intake.   It has the fuel pickup tube on it and it is ready to add a check valve and be used on an engine.  It is a bit pitted but this shouldn't affect anything.  This should be a great piece for your restoration or a great spare in inventory on the shelf.  It will likely be along time before another one turns up and it probably won't be this nice.
