Grinder comes complete as pictured and comes with everything listed below. Grinder has been in use up to date and is in excellent working condition. Motor runs fine, blades are sharp, grinds nuts nicely. Grinder weighs approx. 200 lbs. and can be picked up or shipped from either of our 14482 or 13440 locations. There is no charge for shipping or crating this unit to your commercial location. Specialty food stores find the Olde Tyme grinder perfectly suited. It's an eye catching centerpiece in your bulk food section, creating a fun self-serve dynamic that draws consumers in, then brings them back for more. Olde Tyme grinders are in the fastest growing natural foods stores in the U.S. and internationally. The machine can also be used behind the counter, or to fill containers for distribution. It grinds peanuts, honey roasted peanuts, almonds, pecans, macadamia nuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, cacao beans and cashews, either roasted or blanched, for a spreadable butter containing fine-textured particles. Raw nuts of the same types can also be ground, but texture will vary between types when ground raw. The Olde Tyme uses butter stock grade nuts. Their smaller size feeds into the mill properly and they're priced lower than fancier grades. If you need a source, we can direct you to a supplier of both butter stock nuts and nutrition-labeled consumer containers for self serve operation. Products not listed are not grindable, and include sesame, pumpkin and flax seeds, and walnuts. Easy to use: The switch on the face of the motor cabinet turns the machine on, and nut butter is dispensed from the bottom of the milling head (at the bottom of the silver cap in photos.) An internal timer controls run time, and operation can be stopped at any time with the off switch. Disassembly and cleanup of the Olde Tyme nut mill is easy, with full access requiring no tools. 2.5 lbs. of nut butter is produced per minute. The internal timer can be adjusted to run from 1 second to 17 minutes, or disabled. As shipped, the timer is set to 24 seconds, which produces about 1 pound of nut butter. The hopper holds 20 pounds of nuts. The nut butter output generally runs about 100-110° F. The strong 1.5HP, fan-cooled motor has a 100% duty cycle so it won’t overheat under steady use, and the long-life grinding burrs are milled from solid food grade stainless steel This item will ship direct from us or the manufacturer for FREE to a commercial business address. You can also pick up for FREE at a Freight Warehouse. Residential deliveries will be $100 to your door (No inside delivery or uncrating.) Businesses without a loading dock will be subject to a lift-gate fee of $70.00, if you want or need liftgate. This item can be picked up at a local freight dock to avoid residential charges or lift-gate charges. Equipment can be slid into a pick-up bed off of the freight truck to avoid lift-gate charges. If you need either lift-gate service or residential delivery we will need to know before shipping, otherwise they will not deliver product and you will be subject to a $75.00 re-delivery fee.
