This New OLDEN Rate & Total Counter includes the sensor & post mount The OLDEN Electronic Rate & Total Counter (#OLDEN-RTC) is a low cost means of providing real-time data to machine operators as well as supervisors. Most machines have total counters built into them, but they are hard to find and see without standing over the machine. You need an electronic counter that’s easy to read, can’t be missed and gives you instant information you need to determine the day’s productivity and whether a job will be completed on-time. The RTC counter display can be switched to display the count rate in pieces per hour. The rate function is displayed until the next push of the count/rate switch. The OLDEN Electronic Counters are fully electronic with no moving parts and feature very large and bright LED displays. · The display can be read from 15 feet away · The sensor sensitivity is automatically adjust to the work being counted · Sensor has a 10’ curly cord and mounts with its own magnet · Adapters are provided for non-magnetic surfaces · The sensor counts using invisible infrared light · Nothing ever touches the piece being counted, which can be up to 2" away · Electronic memory that uses advanced electronic circuitry to retain the count · There is no battery that ever needs replacement! · 110 Volt transformer plugs into standard outlet The OLDEN Electronic Counter installs easily on all sorts of equipment (no tools required) using either the standard included clamp-on style Post Mount (#OLDEN-PM), optional clamp-on Adjustable Post Mount with adjustable angle post (#OLDEN-APM), or the optional Magnetic Base Mount with adjustable angle post (#OLDEN-APM). The half-round at the end of the post slides into a matching hole in the bottom of the counter case. The post mount slides over any vertical edge up to 5/8” thick and is secured by a thumbscrew.
