The Oliver "9130" 12" Cap. Through-feed End Matcher is specifically designed for tongue & grove end matching of flooring products with or without "V" groves. It is also useful for milling finger joints up to a maximum thickness of 35 mm (1-3/8"). Standard Features Through-feed system allows the tongue to be cut on the tail end of one board while simultaneously cutting the groove on the leading end of the next. Variable speed through-feed system controlled via frequency inverter. Compact design requiring minimum floor space. Powered urethane upper feed rollers and spring-loaded lower bed rollers. Pneumatic clamps ensure the material is held square against the fence as well as flat against the bed. Operator friendly touch screen control. Total lineal input as well as a total piece count available via touch screen control. Powered cantilever infeed roller conveyor hold material against the fence.
