This is an Oliver industrial/commercial automatic bread slicer. It is model 777. It needs blades and a cleaning. Some people may like the vintage look and choose to use it as a decorative piece thats why i didnt clean it. It weighs about 300 pounds. Id say it needs new wheels, but a lot of the other used slicers I see don't have wheels at all or are mounted on a different wheel base. I am not sure if it works as I am unable to test it myself.
