Oliver 797-32NC Gravity Feed 1/2" Bread Slicer This is an in good condition Oliver 797-32NC gravity feed bread slicer. It is used and has normal scratches and dings, but powers on and the knives are moving as they should. It produces perfectly sliced 1/2" bread. Quiet and smooth operation. The website says this model can slice up to 200 loaves per hour, and has the lowest cost of blade replacement of any slicer. Ideal for volume slicing needs of small wholesale, large retail and in-store bakeries. Oliver designed the first bread slicer in 1932 and has been known ever since to manufacture the highest quality, most reliable, bread slicers while also having the lowest operating costs. This machine is made in the USA, and NSF Rated.
