This Oliver 1013 is brand new, only used for its test carving at Oliver. The pictures of the unit on the carpet are of the actual unit. I wanted to make sure the unit had no issues so I plugged it in and powered it up. Every thing moves and works as it should. The unit comes with the items pictured.
