You are bidding on an Oliver Mini Supreme Bread Slicer, model 709, serial no. 176089, 1/4 h.p., 115v, 4.6 amps, measures 18' wide x 22" long x 14' high, weight 187 lbs. The cutting area measures 14 1/2" wide x 5 1/2" long. You place the loaf of bread underneath on a row of metal holders, then push down on the handle which gently raises the bread up into the vibrating cutting blades which slice through the bread and it rises to the top where a metal spring gate holds it in place until you lift it up onto the metal bagging tray. Then you slide your bag under one side of the raised tray holder and gently push your cut bread into the bag, seal it and it is ready to sell. The slices are 5/8" wide and there are 22 cutting blades, sharpened and ready to slice quickly and evenly. You can cut up to 50 loaves per hour. Nice clean edges on your evenly cut loaf of fresh bread. Great for bakeries, restaurants, schools, hospitals, cafeterias, supermarkets or anywhere fresh baked bread it sold.
