  Olympus Endoscopy Biopsy Forceps, Reusable, FB-12E This is a used Olympus Biopsy Forceps, model #FB-12E.  It is reusable and autoclavable.  It is from a closed out-patient clinic and is in good condition.  As you can see in the second picture, there is a small crack in the plastic connector piece from autoclaving, but this does not affect its operation.  If you don't like it, you can return it for a full refund within two weeks.                 The sale of this item may be subject to regulation by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and state and local regulatory agencies.
