User-caused damage and normal wear and tear, as determined by Townsend Surgical, are excluded from the warranty. Warranty is void if repairs have been attempted by anyone other than Townsend Surgical. Return Policy All equipment should be thoroughly inspected immediately upon receipt. Credit for purchases will be granted only if upon receipt by Townsend Surgical, goods are found to be in the same condition as when they shipped from T.S. To be eligible for credit, all goods must be shipped back to T.S. within 48 (business) hours of receipt e.g., goods received on a Monday must be in route to T.S. no later than COB, Tuesday. Initial Shipping Fees are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping.
