This item is in fair overall cosmetic condition with some cosmetic damage to the front left side around the power switch. This does not effect the functioning of the power button in any way. Please refer to the pictures provided below for more details on the condition of the item. We were able to power this unit on using a normal 115VAC power cord. After powering on we were able to use all of the front panel controls without any issues as they are in good working condition. The cooling fan was also working correctly. Due to not having the necessary units for further testing this video processor is being sold as-is. Thank you and happy bidding! We are unable to test this unit further. This item was purchased from surplus. We see no outward reason that it will not function fully. However, given that the we cannot fully test it, this device will be sold as-is. We guarantee this device to only perform as we have described. We will not accept returns for this auction if it does not work to your satisfaction.
