This is a complete package ready for use. Included are the following: OLYMPUS OTV-SI VIDEO SYSTEM OLYMPUS RHINO-LARYNGO VIDEOSCOPE ENF TYPE VQ MEDICAPTURE MEDICAP USB200 MEDICAL DIGITAL VIDEO RECORDER SONY 19" MEDICAL LCD MONITOR W/ DC ADAPTER OLYMPUS LEAKAGE TESTER KEYBOARD AND FOOT PEDAL OLYMPUS COMPACT TROLLEY I will also include the original instruction booklets for the Olympus OTV-SI video system, Olympus rhino-Laryngo videoscope and the Medicapture Medicap digital video recorder. The original Olympus hardcase for the videoscope is also included. All devices are in VERY GOOD operating and cosmetic condition. This equipment was purchased from the teaching hospital of a major university. Per the details provided by the project manager, all the devices were well maintained and had very limited use. The unit successfully passed inspection shortly prior to being decommissioned and was completely functional with no issues when taken out of service. WARRANTY: I am not capable of, nor am I allowed to, technically guarantee or certify this equipment as ready for patient use. Though I believe the devices to be in very good condition, I would like to provide my buyer additional reassurance on their purchase. Therefore, the purchase price includes up to, but no more than, $500 warranty coverage towards inspection, testing and any necessary cleaning/adjustments to the equipment. I also include this warranty to encourage the buyer to perform a proper inspection prior to use. A valid copy of the original paid invoice must be mailed with a postmark within 60 days from the date the equipment is received by the buyer.
