It has been tested and is partially functional. The cable coming out if the power adapter is damaged, and will need to be repaired or replaced. The cassette eject mechanism is not properly working, it appears that the spring in it is damaged or missing. For some reason the unit will not play a tape normally. It tries to start playing, but the cassette does not advance. Both rewind and fast forward work correctly, however. Due to the faults in this unit it is being sold as-is for parts/repair, and no returns will be accepted on this item.
