The Omcan DH2P-FW3-1 (21479) Food Warmer/Display Case is a top-quality kitchen equipment for commercial use. This curved glass 2-tier bottom display case can hold 2 pans and allows for temperature control with a power of 1.2 kW at 110v/60/1. This product meets CE standards and has an MSRP of $694.00. We have a customer-friendly return policy. You can return all unused items in their original packaging, except for custom items and equipment with optional accessories, with the exception of walk-ins, which are subject to a 35% restocking fee + cost of shipping. The customer is responsible for any shipping cost and up to a 25% restocking fee on all items. Notify us of any returns within 48 hours of delivery, or within 15 days, which may be subject to an additional surcharge. Please mark the Return Authorization number clearly on the box you are returning, along with a copy of your invoice. Culinary Depot ensures that all items are safely and securely shipped. In case of a damaged item, notify us within 48 hours, and we will provide a Return Authorization number and a prepaid packing slip. What sets us apart from the rest is our dedication to providing excellent product support, fast shipping, a huge selection, and low prices. Our sales support is available from Monday through Thursday, 9am-5pm, and Friday 9am-2pm. You can reach us at 1-877-863-3630. Large items that ship via freight truck may be subject to a $95 fee if they require a lift gate or delivered to a residential address. To avoid delays, provide a business name, contact number, and commercially zoned delivery address at the time of purchase. Culinary Depot ships all orders within 2 weeks, except for custom or special order items. We choose the method of delivery that is cost-efficient and most effective for the items you purchase. In the event of an unexpected delay, we will notify you by email. We specialize in kitchen equipment, bar equipment, commercial refrigeration, commercial ranges, and all commercial equipment. We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. The estimated delivery time for UPS shipments can be viewed through a chart. USPS shipments take 2-8 business days. For freight shipments, call 888-845-8200 for a shipping estimate.
