An Allen Bradley Micrologix PLC and operator interface electrical controls ensure the smooth operation of the product. The safety guarding and detection features allows for a secure and safe experience while handling your bottles to prevent accidents. Electrical specifications include 120 Volt / 60 Hz / 1 Phase and 15 - FLA. This equipment has been previously used in production and is in excellent condition. This model, known as the "Bottle Orienter", has a serial number of 02-J30060 and includes a 10-foot long conveyor with features such as a container spacing wheel and conveyor drive. The height of the device is adjustable to fit your specific needs, while the top hold down belt and speed controls ensure precise orientation. This machine has been known to work wonders for PET bottles, and includes a hand grip for easy label application.
