One NTE NTE197 PNP silicon complementary transistor in a TO220 case, new, in packaging.  Designed for use in general purpose amplifier and switching applications.  Equivalent to EGC197, GE-250 & SK3083.  Features include: DC Current Gain Specified to 7 Amps: hFE = 2.3 Min @ IC = 7A Collector–Emitter Sustaining Voltage: VCEO(sus) = 70V Min High Current–Gain Bandwidth Product: fT = 10MHz Min @ IC = 500mA Images do a nice job of representing the item. Guaranteed against DOA.
