*ONE OF A KIND CUSTOM* Rotisserie Smoker ( Inspired by Southern Pride). This smoker was custom built it is mounted on a 26' 2006 H&H trailer (make is HHTC).  The cooking chamber has 10 stainless steel racks (60" W x 22" D). Working area is approximately 6' x 7'. This machine cooks fantastic. No doubt it is among of the very best. I have catered 800+ events with ease. I've had my time with the machine and I had the inside completely cleaned and remodeled.  The smoker can be removed from the trailer but it would be a small project.  Currently running liquid propane I have the orifices necessary for natural gas conversion.
