Nu-Vu Oven/Proofer Model # OP-3FM Proofer portion comes with standard manual fill humidity systems. Oven features V-AIR system which distributes the heat evenly throughout the oven cavity by the fan located in the top which blows the air down the inside walls of the cavity and up and out though the holes of each shelf.
