These Phones were purchased by a customer on another marketplace when they were brand new and factory sealed. The customer who bought them didn't understand these were Power Over Ethernet VoIP phones. The factory seal was broke when the customer opened them thus we have to mark the price way down. We are simply trying to recoup a small percentage of what we originally bought the item for. Upon receiving the phones back we had our own in house tech do extensive testing on the phones and we found they are functionally brand new. There are no signs of wear. We have dropped the price way down to make sure these move fast. We are new to Ebay but have been in business since 1986. Until now we have prided our business as only selling Brand New Factory Sealed items.
