DELTRONIC model DH214 horizontal beam optical comparator with DELTRONIC MPC5E METROLOGY DRO DIGITAL READOUT. SN#269054553. This unit is in very good condition and comes with a 10X lens. 20X and 50X available. This comparator is an erect image model with images projected right side up not inverted as most comparators do. This has motorized drives for table up and down and right and left as shown in photo 7 with a manual smooth focus adjustment. An edge detector makes finding edges easier. The whiter color of projection is the true screen projection color. RSF scales read in .0001 increments. The DELTRONIC MPC5E dro has all the bells and whistles and is a complete metrology unit. It is a programmable readout. Has an RS232 port for communications. A complete manual for the comparator and the dro are included. Unit has a screen with lines at 90 deg and 30 deg. This has the digital protractor which reads in minutes for close angle inspection as shown in photo 9. As shown in picture 4. This comparator was an inspection unit and did not require much cleaning.Travels are 6.+ inches X and 3.95+ inches Y. The included 10X lens is clear but has some minor scratches that do not affect the image. A 20X or 50X lens can be substituted for no extra cost. A hard chrome table in good condition with no dings or dents. This also has a stand for mounting the dro on the side for shorter operators or can be mounted on the top. This unit has profile and surface illumination as shown in photo 11. Please note stand is not included, it is my comparator workstation.
