Designed and Built by Optima Pharma Cartridge Filling Machine System  Have many more pictures, please send message with any questions System was installed and tested for optimal performance but was never put in production~ Like new~Over $1.2 Million New Fills 9 Well Cartridge Output range of 20-25 Cartridges per minute  Filling Volume of 50ul-2000ul can be further adjusted Operator panel w/touch screen controls Feeder and Bowl Feeder conveys and feeds cartridges to vibratory bowl.  Vibratory bowl feeds the cartridges onto the in-feed conveyor in the correct orientation Feeder is directly connected to vibratory bowl Vessels and Peristaltic Pumps Vessels on Trolley All vessels have level sensors fitted In line peristaltic pumps Sensors and Gauges 8 Off Bubble detection units fitted to all tubing connected to the needles 2 sets of Recirculation units for bead suspension Rotary Piston pumps fitted within the filling machine, for ATEX related fills Overspill collection tray with level sensor fitted, for ATEX related fills Foil Feeder Heat sealing foil dispenser with lever arm system Conveyors  In-Feed Conveyor Out-Feed Conveyor Reject Conveyor 90 Deg Turn table Finishing Conveyor Flexofill Star-Wheel  Needles inserted into the Needle holder Pre sealing Station Foil cutting and positioning station Foil sealing station -LAF Hood -Control Cabinets -Vacuum Chamber to check cartridge seals -Weight balance of ICP process -In-Process check sample cartridges Finishing Equipment Printer control unit and screen Print recognition control unit Printer and print recognition system Print recognition Camera Extract Hood Print head and rest station
