HOW TO RUN A LATHE Instructions on the Care and Operation of A Back Geared Screw Cutting Engine Lathe For the Machinist Apprentice 32 Edition Copyright, September 1935 South Bend Lathe Works This book is primarily intended to assist the mechanic and machinist in the care and operation of the South Bend Back-Geared, Screw Cutting Precision Lathe. However, the book will also be found helpful to any mechanic in the operation of any make, size and type of Back-Geared Screw Cutting Lathe. This Paper Bound manual is original with the copyright date of September, 1935. It is the 32nd Edition. It has 160 pages. This manual measures about 5 1/4 inches wide X 8 inches tall. It is in good condition with no loose, ripped, torn or missing pages. The binding is still tight. The cover of the manual has some wrinkles and a very small tear on the front at the top. The manual has a name on the copyright page at the top and it has a name and address stamped on the copyright page in the middle. This is all the writing or markings I find in the book. SHIPPING AND HANDLING: Item(s) will usually ship within 1-2 business days after payment is received. I try to give several shipping options per listing so you, the winning bidder, can pick the shipping method you prefer. I use USPS and UPS shipping methods. If books are being shipped by Media Mail the USPS asks to please allow up to eight business days for delivery when we use their Media Mail service. I am happy to combine shipping on multiple auctions won. If you end up winning multiple auctions please wait for a combined shipping invoice to be sent. A twenty-three cents handling fee is added to the cost of shipments that will ship Media Mail. This is because the USPS charges twenty-three cents to add a tracking number to their Media Mail service. To help protect my buyers a tracking number is always added to Media Mail.
