This is a VERY hard to find original crankcase oil sight gauge for an early engine of some sort.  It is very ornate and has a drain valve built right into it.   It is in good condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind except that the glass needs to be replace.  The drain valve tab is tweaked a bit but works just fine the way it is.  It is quite large and measures about 8 inches tall and 4 1/2 inches long.   It has 1/2 inch pipe threads that are in excellent condition.  It also has the original jam nut to keep it in a vertical position.  These early gauges are extremely tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets so if you've been looking for one don't miss your chance on it.  It is certainly one of the most ornate ones I've ever seen and would be a great way to top off a restoration!  The pictures tell the story.  You'll like it.   I can always be reached at 262 573 1931 if you'd like to talk about it.  Good Luck.
