I HAVE FOR SALE AN ORIGNAL YORK HIT AND MISS GAS ENGINE IGNITER. THIS IS GUARANTEED TO 100% ORIGINAL PIECE. THE IGNITER IS VERY EARLY CAST BRASS. THE MEASUREMENTS ARE 3/8" HOLES THAT ARE 2 3/8" ON CENTER FOR MOUNTING. I SEE NOTHING BROKEN, MISSING, OR REPAIRED ON THIS EXCEPTIONAL PIECE. EVERYTHING IS LOOSE AND FREE AND FULLY FUNCTIONAL. THE IGNITER HAS NO PLAY IN THE MOVEABLE POINT AND IS NOT ALL WORE OUT. THE BODY OF THE IGNITER SHOWS SOME CHARACTER FROM YEARS OF BEING TAPPED BY A SCREWDRIVER OR A FILE ON THE SOFT BRASS BODY. I CERTAINLY HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND THE RARITY AND VALUE OF THE YORK ENGINES WHEN CONSIDERING THIS PIECE. THIS IS THE ONLY YORK GAS ENGINE PART I HAVE.
